Couldn't find any Reblochon, so went for Camembert and Gruyère. different melting times, but we shall see. I may have gone overboard with the cheese, mind:Tartiflette - but I ate it all last night cos it was so tasty, so will have to make it again.
Though mebbe not if I can't find any Reblochon in West Norwood
