i heard someone suggesting marmite and sardine, and marmite and banana the other day.See for some reason, Marmite and cucumber sounds really appealing even though I have not thought of eating it before.
This was such a success I've done it again tonight. It's been dubbed 'Bank Failure Pasta'.Well, we're still affected by RBS/NatWest fallout so it's store cupboard stuff. Spaghetti tossed in a mix of garlic/butter/tomato purée/ black pepper/basil. Very moreish. Glad there was chopped basil in the freezer.
my boyfriend's favourite sandwich used to be marmite and baby spinach leaves. It works, honestly, marmite and lettuce! There is something about the freshness of the lettuce and sharpness of the marmite that ...well, just works
I only really like gravy with a roastOptional gravy? I can understand optional peas with B&M but not gravy.
Chips and gravy with cabbage and liver & bacon is a fave of mine plus a good onion gravy with sausages and mash.I only really like gravy with a roast
