What's for tea tonight? (#8)

What kind of leftovers? Surely not yorkshires and roast potatoes :hmm:

I've got chicken, stuffing, peas, carrots, cabbage, roast parsnips. Sometimes I chop up the roasties and put them in but I'm only doing a small pie for 2.

I might even just have the cabbage as a side.

Leftover Yorkies?? You what??

I made about 30 for 8 people* on Sunday so yeah, leftover yorkies :D

*Not as bad as Bee who made about 48 for two of them :D

Don't know. I took a big tupperware box full of stuff out the freezer this morning that I THINK my dad gave me at some point. All I can make out through the plastic is some peppers, and what looks like tomato sauce. It could be a bolog sauce.

Chicken tikka masala and rice. Colman's season and shake...very very easy...you just put everything in a plastic bag and then put it in the oven. Plenty left for tonight.

Atoning for Easter sins with a humungasalad with spinach, comte, olives, artichokes, peppers, onions, eggs, walnuts and a mustardy dressing. And maybe some stuff I've forgotten.

It was fecking lovely. Reheated the chili and that had it in tortillas with some sour cream, guacamole, grated cheese, lettuce and jalapenos

I think we'll be having this again tomorrow :D
Sounds lush. I had a dream about fajitas and haven't been able to stop thinking about them since so we're having them tomorrow (and again soon to use up the guac/ salsa / tortillas etc)

Tonight was leftover shepherds pie with chantenay carrots and sweetcorn and some beef gravy to moisten it all up :D
