Chicken and mushroom chow mein. Chocolate icecream.

I think I'll be making chow mein more often as I can chuck leftovers in wok with sesame oil, egg noodles, beansprouts, Chinese Five Spice, and soy sauce and make a meal in less than five minutes.
Sriracha sauce added for a bit of heat.
 
2 bean chilli, sea salty wedges, Skyr, low fat cheese.

Chocolate sandwich cake with pureed brandy blackberries.
Nope, remembered I had some fresh coriander that needed using, so brown rice/chickpea/halloumi/onion/hot paprika/spinach/coriander/lemon juice traybake. Nom, not had this for ages.
