I think I'll be making chow mein more often as I can chuck leftovers in wok with sesame oil, egg noodles, beansprouts, Chinese Five Spice, and soy sauce and make a meal in less than five minutes.
Sriracha sauce added for a bit of heat.
Leftovers from the last few days: cold beef and ham, cheeses, pickles, bean salad, red cabbage, baby new potatoes, anything else I find in the fridge...
Might do a cavolo nero salad or something, just so there's something green.
Nope, remembered I had some fresh coriander that needed using, so brown rice/chickpea/halloumi/onion/hot paprika/spinach/coriander/lemon juice traybake. Nom, not had this for ages.
