last night was haggis, neeps and tatties. first time in a long time outside of the traditional date in January was tasty goodness. followed by too much sekt & whisky therefore today will be dinner out somewhere.
Mum used to use leftover lamb. And a cheese version for the veggies.My nan used to make toad in the hole with left over sunday roast - usually beef iirc.

I'm going to say that MARROW RINGS are the way to go....OH YEAH! And don't be shy with the flavouring!
ETA - I did a variation of this a couple of weeks back (ACTUAL TURKEY MINCE/MARROW RECIPE!)....
