What's for tea tonight? (#8)

I shall be using up the last of the tomatoes from the community garden in a bolognese. Pasta is good for the shift workers. They come home to a vat of pasta with the sauce already mixed in, couple of minutes in the microwave and Bob's your proverbial. Keeps 'em away from the frying pan and all because there's nothing worse than being woken by the smoke alarm and the smell of charred bacon at 3:30 am.

It was going to be ham and mushroom omelettes a-la-husband while I do my homework, but I've just remembered there are a few sausages that need using up :hmm:

I'm going out for lunch so probably won't want anything in the way of tea tonight.
But I think I'll make pasta with roasted tomato sauce for the menfolk.

I did think of that, but not sure I'd like it. I might get him to do omelettes tomorrow and I'll do the bangers with roast sweet potatoes, carrots, and savoy... or instruct him what to do :)

Last night we had curry from Kennington Tandoori, more pricy than Khans but prob one of the best curries that I've had out in a while. Had the Nashili Ghosh with Bombay Aloo on the side. Def recommend!

Prob have something light tonight, as someones leaving at work so we're going out for lunch. Pizza, yum.

Bugger the stir fry. I'm going to get some nice bread, cheese and parma ham to eat in the garden with the half bottle of red I have left

Cracking the flags out there, so have just bought some freezing cold chardders, which I will sip delicately in me back yard and decide if I want a cheesey omelette and chips, or pasta arrabiata

I'm having to have a rethink too as the boy had sausage and beans for breakfast so i feel i ought to do something different for dinner.
I might do cajun wedges with salmon, or chicken, or sausages. I fancy an easy oven tea whatever it is.
