Last night was half a supermarket pizza with a handful of oven chips and salad. In serious need of fresh healthy food today, I might make a Thai curry.
Went out for a posh meal for MIL's birthday. Halibut ceviche with many puree, pickled daikon and pomegranate, followed by a roast beef dinner. The starter wasn't great but the roast was decent. A very good crème brulee for pudding.
Twice cooked pork belly which is hopefully crackling nicely. Roast potatoes, heritage carrots and braised hispy cabbage & leeks, with a side of stuffing. Followed by home made custard tart.
