It was edible and actually not bad, the yellow sticker on it says I got it for something like 40p, original price £3.50.

Couple of spoonfuls of vanilla Swedish Glace soy "ice cream" for afters - neither of us is vegan, but N is lactose intolerant and we're trying out alternatives to dairy atm - it was actually really good, if he doesn't like it, I'll scoff it, had to force myself to put it back in the freezer before I'd done too much damage

Bacon / sausage / chips / poached egg ... the only healthy bit is a slice of brown [seeded] bread, but that'll have butter on it ...
ie breakfast at the wrong end of the day !
