What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Also the nori is extremely old. I daren't look at the BBE date.

Not the finest example of the genre.

Stewed windfalls and Greek yoghurt to take the taste away.

I'm going to have a roast chicken leg with roast spuds, peas and gravy.

Before the application of gravy.
The chicken had some thyme on it as well as seasoning. Done so the skin is crispy, cos if you've got skin-on chicken why waste the skin :D
The spuds were particularly lush! (As it was just for me tonight they were cooked in the same dish as the chicken so picked up some of the fat coming off the chicken skin).
I did consider doing stuffing balls from a pack of add water (or in my case when I do it a dob of marmite, wadge of butter, and veg stock) to stuffing to go with, but I only have bigger packs of stuffing in and that's a lot to end up in the freezer when I am just doing for myself.
But for me, even without stuffing, this is a great Sunday mini-roast for one and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
