Leek and black eyed bean gratin, broccoli, baby spuds.

Visiting me Ma Outlaw tonight so quick tea of round 2 of this, but with green beans instead of the broccoli.

Fella's baking some gooey dark choc chip and glace cherry cookies too, can't wait to try them!

8 days into included dinners on our Camino walk and tonight was definitely a bit hotel California- green bean, potato, egg paprika starter, beef and pasta main and icecream, weird. Kind of delicious but kind of bizarre

Daughter and I celebrated some wins today with Deliveroo Poke. I had the Bowl of Champions - with EVERYTHING on it, daughter had the vegetarian version. It was deliciously amazing. Then daughter had two scoops of ice cream - ferrero rocher and banana. Happy day.

Weather looks fab so BBQ tonight. Very excited!
Tofu, mushrooms and aubergine marinated in something, thinking orange, chilli, ginger etc. Then peppers and baby tomatoes. Potato salad for carbs. Maybe a mojito to go with the sun.

No idea what to have for tea tonight. Am fucking knackered again after another long hard week in work, he's away gigging, and I can't be arsed cooking much if at all. I don't even know if I can be arsed going the chippy, I just want someone to take care of me and feed me while I lie on the couch doing fuck all.

Herself is having a jacket spud ting with sweetcorn and parmesan (I know I know).
A lovely home made soup for me with curried chick peas and hummus.

Like smee Mojito's first so tea may change to a BBQ instead.

Reet, nipped the Co op. Gonna have my first dirty pizza for nearly 2 years. Carbonara bianca woodfired, with an ice cold can of orange San Pellegrino too.

2 of those delish gooey cookies he baked yesterday and an out-of-date Terry's chocolate orange bar from the vending machine in work (free, obv, I have the keys haha).

Totally drained, so glad of a quick win, pasta, courgette, mushrooms and lardons, with a good amount of garlic. Would have murdered a glass of wine, but trying to be good, so I can enjoy the sun tomorrow.

Last of our included dinners, salad (beautifully dressed with seeds and stuff and no tuna), chicken with lemon sauce and rice, chocolate mousse. More wine than was required given we’ve got the last longest, hottest, steepest climb of the trip tomorrow. No bloody padron peppers considering we are in padron!

Tonight we have turkey, red pepper and sweet potato curry with rice.

Yesterday I did a piece of brisket in the slow cooker, but it was too hot to do a full on roast dinner so we had it with jacket potatoes and salad.
I'll use the leftovers tonight in a fried rice thing, with the cabbage and broccoli I didn't use yesterday.

He's out gigging, so it's a freezer-foraged tsebhi birsen for one, with leftover brown rice, and a dollop of Skyr.

A slice of whatever cake catches my fancy at the Tesco in a bit. Can't be arsed making one.
