Keep telling myself not to do it here but no proper tea for a week since my 14 year old son got admitted into the psychiatric ward last week. I don't know what to do about any of what's going on and I will do a proper thread elsewhere on Urban, and start feeding people again, as soon as I can. But I feel safe here, and thank you all for that and allowing this aberration.

Hope your son is doing OK.
What an awful situation, no wonder you've not been cooking or eating properly, very stressful. Is there anyone who can get some cooked meals to you that you can just heat up, to keep your strength up?

My dinner was taking too long to make so I had some defrosted freezer berries, sourdough with oil and and balsamic and a packet of smoked cheese slices instead and I’ll have the eggplant salad tomorrow and the next day.

Cashew nut (edit, now salmon) stir-fry tonight rather than lasagne cos we had cheese in our lunch (cauliflower cheese and ham hock).

Lamb meatballs with a homemade supposed to be Moroccan tagine sauce, hummus + some tear and share bread.

He's gigging so I had a tuna mayo baked potato with homemade white cabbage/onion/garlic/Roxi chilli sauerkraut and dark green Romaine dressed with fresh lime juice.

2 double choc bramble jelly muffins and a decaff coffee.
