What's for tea tonight? (#8)

sausages roasted with some of my colleagues home grown cherry tomatoes with puy lentils which have sundried tomatoes and basil in them.
Home alone, forbidden food nom.

I did a pork and red pepper stew with pimenton. The pimenton was very smokey. I liked it.

Soon I will have some roquefort and tallegio on crackers.

I remembered how much I hate garlic baguettes (the ones you just heat through) so I round off my shit tea with a rolo icecream which was wonderful

Raw carrots, cider, a croissant with cheese, and eventually some pasta when Mr _it finally makes it home. Perhaps also some melon.

aqua darlin, you have loads of stress going on, even without a small baby to look after (which is fucking EXHAUSTING)...I'm thinking maybe do a delivery where you have some QUICK FOOD options (which don't all have to be totally unpleasant :D ) ready for these days.
Get some stuff in that you LIKE but which is easy to do. Not stuff you'd want to eat every day, even, but food you can do quick and get down you and enjoy, without it eating into your time too much (imagine the sort of stuff that'd do you when you might usually be weighing up between getting a takeaway or cooking, proper, I reckon!).
Might be freezer food, but a bit of veg on the side etc....a bit of fruit for pudding (zzzzzzzzz :D )
You've got to be looking after yourself, to be able to look after pickle and see to your dad's stuff too etc
You're doing great though, gel x - loads to manage and very, very tired I bet, but you'll get through it. You will. :)

I thought that, but it was well nice.
I wont use a jar of curry sauce, make my own base etc.... but i'll deff have that bag thing again.

Cheers love :) The floor in the plan is that I was to sort out an online delivery on Thursday, but for obvious reasons that all went out of the window! I always make sure I have something in the freezer I can just stick in the oven for emergency nights, but the cupboards are bare :D When pickle was tiny I had to make sure I had something I could zap in 5mins but now normally I cook, but the world conspired against me tonight :D Am in the process of sorting a delivery out now
