May Kasahara
take me to the feeling
It was going to be jacket potatoes, but my daughter and her mate took over the kitchen for spooky baking and there isn't enough time. So now we're having oven food and spooky cupcakes
This was a good decision Chorizo, leeks, red pepper and pasta in a garlicky tomato sauce, with a thick layer of cheese sauce and some grated parmesan over the top. Really fucking tasty.I'm in the mood for a big cheesy pasta bake tonight.
Fit!Back alive, so have made a cheese & onion pie and some sautéed mushrooms with herbs and creamy haricot mash
Found an easier option: plain white fish, done in the oven, with mash and steamed cabbage/carrots.Not sure...maybe stir fry? I don't really want that but can't think of anything else that ticks all tonight's boxes (low effort, uses lots of veg, easily adapted for fussy kids).
Rosemary and winter savory, which is my favourite herb but you can't buy it so I grow it. Thyme is probably the nearest. Almost any herb would be nice though I'd say. Or other flavourings. There's a chilli version which is good too. What herbs did you use RubyToogood? I love feta.
