Whole ciabatta loaf, halved and grilled and brushed with a garlic and balsamic vinaigrette, layers of gouda, mortadella, sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan, saussison sec and basil leaves. Wrapped up, and then pressed down with weights overnight.
