Mrshakes is away so I’m making dirty pasta tuna casserole. He’s pretty tolerant for a vegan but can’t stand the smell of this

Forgot to get coriander so we had pea and parmesan risotto instead. Still lush as fuck.

Baked potatoes (it was so small I put another smaller one in with it) with cheese, accompanied by some raw psychedelic cauliflower with lime and garlic mayo.

Quorn makes me do evil farts, proper upsets my belly. I won't touch the stuff. Can always tell if the fella's been fed it when he's been away gigging. Fucking honks!

Wholegrain rice with peppers, onions, sweetcorn and feta with whatever herbs I feel like chucking in. Might add some lemon juice if the lemons in the fridge are salvageable.

Love feta with a rice dish, and lemon goes brilliantly with it, excellent contrast to the saltiness

I love feta in arrabiatta sauce too. It's a very versatile cheese.

There was one time when feta quite literally bit me in the arse though. It was a bit off, resulting in me having to shit in a bag beside the bed (toilet downstairs, no way I was gonna reach it), with the fella simultaneously rubbing my back and retching. He'd only been moved in a week. Absolutely mortified

Found a pack on the reduced to clear shelf that contained 4x veggie spring rolls, 4x chicken wontons, 4x prawn toasts and a pot of sweet chilli sauce, so we'll be having that with the rest of our meal tonight (I'll have the wontons, OH can have the spring rolls) - bargain, and fits well with what I will be cooking.
