What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Today I am doing a fake away chinese Kung po prawns, crispy chilli tofu, I bought prawn toast and spring rolls, going to do some noodles, egg fried rice, stir fried veggies and I bought a huge bag of prawn crackers to do myself. My only regret is buying is not thinking to buy the prawn toast and spring rolls from the Chinese supermarket when I bought the prawn crackers🙄, as they looked so much nicer than the stuff I got from work. Small one will eat the noodles, rice and prawn crackers and raw peppers.
 
The plan is creamy chicken with mushrooms, peppers and wild rice. We have to cook the chicken as we defrosted it for tonight.
We’re so tired though and Mr Looby is currently snoring so could really do with just ordering a pizza tbh.
 
Lobster tonight. Just to decide how we‘ll have it.
We're doing it with pasta, Sadly not home-made.

I'll do it with a little finely chopped onion and garlic, a little finely chopped chilli. All this will be sweated down with a little light olive oil and butter until very soft. I'll throw in the lobster meat, mix it up, and serve.

Fridge clearout, so:

Leftover takeaway from Rosa's Thai Kitchen, Massaman curry, tofu in mild spicy sauce with potato and cashew nuts. It had been in the fridge for ages, but it was fine
Spiced red cabbage. I put in a bit too much cayenne, but managed to finish it.
Tangerines, one going a bit soft, but ok.
