I’m going food shopping in an hour. I’m going to see if they have any nice pastries for me

Decided to get all fiddly with dinner and made Teriyaki Beef, Nori Sushi Roll, Peanut Salad and Crispy Noodles. Successfully eaten with chopsticks too

Yesterday we had roast beef, yorkshires, roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, savoy cabbage and chantenay carrots with gravy.

Tonight I'll be doing smoked haddock in white sauce, mustard mash and green beans.

OH has a shift tonight at a home delivery food kitchen, previously when he has done similar shifts he has come home with food (either they will cook him a veggie curry to bring home for dinner or is allowed to take leftovers of some sort) but it is not guaranteed - so am unsure what we will be eating tonight.

I got some half price mushrooms in Iceland so if he doesn't come home with food I'll make a late meal of mushroom/garlic/cream pasta and garlic bread - if he does bring food then we can have garlic mushrooms as a side dish or pasta another time!

Mine were a right state, 2/10 for presentation, they were all bulgy and bright red juice had leaked out all over the baking tray, it looked like there had been a sticky massacre in my oven Tasted lovely though
