I'm planning a supper here for 7 teenage girls and my son, who are descending after youth club for a parentally approved sleep over. They've optimistically planned to be in the garden in the tents, but I don't think the weather will be good enough so I'm preparing an indoor-version where they take over the lounge. If it gets too much, I might escape to the tent, lol.
So - homemade burgers (veg and angus) and lamb chilli kofte on pitta/rolls with some salad from the garden, and a home-baked blueberry cake giant stack of profiteroles.
tortilla chips & dips, for snacking on.
