I've had a flick through a couple of times, but would rather spend my money on kitchen porn and use his free recipesIf you like his stuff consider buying his book 'Plenty'. Lots of the recepies have already been published though. He's got quite a few recepies which are less of a faf.

It's making me so hungry!
I don't have *any* of the ingredients, except vanilla, eggs and icing sugarCOR!!!!!!
Make it, B!
Btw, I often use baking spuds on cottage/shepherds pie cos although I know they're not the perfect potato for *mash* I reckon they give a nicer *crusty* top, iykwim.
Either way, it'll certainly not ruin it if you fancy that more!
I have loads of raspberries in the freezer (the last big thing in there really), and I almost convinced myself to make this to use them up... I don't have any of the other ingredients

I like smooth mash though and realised I don't have carrots for cottage pie anyway. I do have an onion and peppers, so fajita wraps will do
the sensible thing would be jam, but I have too much jam/cba. Maybe I'll just get some cream to with em for a weekend treat, or raspberry pancakes?
yeh, raspberries mixed into the batter - would that work? lol... nah maple syrup would do for those - and I wouldn't have to go to the shops which I don't have time to doOooh - american pancakes and raspberries? You'd need the cream too, OBVIOUSLY!
what are they?RASPBERRY RICOTTA PANCAKES.....OHHHHH MAMMA!!!!!!
I have a freezer full of delicious homemade goats cheese. Hope that helps

The ingredients cost a fortune (it's got 6 types of cheese!) but it's being made to mark an occasion so that's okay.
lets hope it's worth the effort.
Tonight I will be making arrabbiata again
curly fried egg.
I can't hear or see the word 'arrabbiata' without thinking of Darth Vader now
That does sound nice, but naughty... potatoes, pasta, cream and cheeseHave you made the potato lasagne? It takes ages but it's porn on a plate.
