Gnocchi with Boursin and asparagus with grated lemon zest? I had it a couple of weeks ago and it was lush!Something that will use up the asparagus I've got. Anything besides risotto that is quick and relatively easy that takes lots (well two bunches) of asparagus?
Pasta would work too.Gnocchi.... hmmm. Not my fave food I'll have to admit. Think I might just bung them all in the pan with loads of butter and garlic and see what happens.

'Lightly dusted river cobbler' with mushrooms, broccoli, new potatoes and sweetcorn on the side. I'm also cooking up a mackerel/sweetcorn/spinach/pasta salad to take to work for lunch tomorrow.
Sausages, onions, gravy and yorkshire puddings (from the freezer)... and some peas.
That's what it says on the pack. I'm assuming bread crumbs.
