I think we are having mushroom rissotto tonight. Not sure who is cooking it though

We've got some halloumi that wants eating too

I cooked the risotto it was well nice. Extra garlic and cheese didn't do it any harm There's a bit left over. So will probs have that and fry up the halloumi that I mentioned yesterday. I've got some olives for munching on as well.

Picnic! Salmon baked in foil. Mine is with ginger, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, pal choi and edamame beans. Hers is plain. She'll have new potatoes with mayo. We'll have broccoli. All boxed up and taken to the park

Cold roast chicken & fancy olives from the M&S TB, cheese coleslaw, homemade potato salad (half mayo, half natural yogurt, lots of black pepper) and green salad.
Eaten in the garden and accompanied by a beer as I'm not working tomorrow.

I went out for a curry this evening. Taj Mahal, Penzance. Lamb momos to start, Jeera Chicken and a Bullet Naan (which is their chilli/coriander version.) It was ace.

Managed to make the crispy chilli tofu to acceptable levels on the Scoville scale this time. With stir fried veg, edamame and jasmine rice.

BoatieBird I used this recipe: Shredded Kohlrabi Quick Pickle Recipe Didn't have a jar spare so just chucked it all in a shallow ovenproof dish and put some clingfilm over the top. It's really tasty.

Think an omelette with broccoli, mushrooms, courgette, pepper, cabbage from the allotment, onion, garlic and some goji berry seed mix. A peach and an apple for puddo.

Never made courgetti, but keep it seperate till you cook it perhaps?

A pork Thai style curry in a sauce based on coconut milk with some chard on the side tonight. Bit of a weird combo but my purple sour kraut is ready so may have a spot of that as well.

Because of my current obsession with tandoori food I've made up the marinade tonight and will be trying it with drum sticks tomorrow and some cubed lamb. Also going to have a go at making sourdough naan to go with it.

Chicken thighs and chorizo (some de-skinned and stuffed into the chicken), green beans and cabbage with mustard dressing and some salad leaf. Small had her veg plain and also some pasta pesto.

Quick tea tonight. 'Fresh' filled pasta (spin and ric filled tortellini) in pesto with garrrlick bread.

Once i stop being a merry wally it'll be smoked haddock in creme fraiche, chive and butter sauce (recent favourite)wth some green vegetable of some sort.
