What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Dinner was a garlicky mushroom and lentil stew with the last of my special cheddar crumbled in it and a load of parmesan on top. It could have done with some new potatoes or something in it tbh. Eta: It was fucking delicious. I could've just eaten LOADS more.

Falafel, piri piri hummus, goat's cheese, rocket/spinach leaves, plum tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions, olives, homemade mustard dressing and sourdog bread.

Only meant to buy some salad ingredients but went into a Waitrose and spent a sodding fortune. Still, there will be nice salad things all week and it will be lovely. Tea thread to blame for the sourdough bread'n'all.

It's like porn reading this thread. I'm having dinner in my hotel room - everyone outside is having iftar (the meal for breaking the fast) - offputting for me for various reasons - always set menus with loads of food, and big groups. I'm on a business trip on my own so went to supermarket. My dinner is a spicy cup a soup, the rest of my lunch, and a pineapple flavoured quark. Living it up :)

Grand. The fridge foraged jerk chicken and onion bhaji made it. Nearly ate the banana plant too

Not sure, can't really be arsed to cook for some reason but I have reduced beef mince and spuds with eyes, so it needs to be something involving those ingredients - maybe mince and tatties or minced collops and mash.
Unless anyone else has any suggestions for something with mince and spuds that's quick and easy?

Orang Utan Burger and chips?

...which is actually what my kids had cos I brought home two burgers in buns from work! Wasn't enough left for me to grab a third for myself without doing good sharing :D /  so I had some lentil and bacon soup, which means I may as well just do my second fast day today and get it out the way
Flat peaches and apricots for pudding.

Half a pizza (spinach and ricotta, but I don't really like ricotta so scraped it off and added olives)
A few 'frites'
Asparagus

Raspberries and blueberries
