I'm in the process of moving house, I was meant to be on holiday this week to sort the walls, floors, garden and decorate, but I'm working 6am til 2pm at a factory cash in hand, then straight to sorting house out, ive literally got no time to even cook! Need to be out by the end of the week >.<'
Missed gym today too!
Gonna probably just have to take a week off the gainz and workouts :(
So much to do so little time!

Had a few ounces of nuts on the way home so not hungry. But feel the need for some biscuits despite ploughing through over 3,000 calories today. :hmm:

just had suasage casserole. The chunks of carrot, onion and potato were in full force. There was a lemon pie type thing- you know like key lime pie. But it was rank cos mum got it from someone at church and some of those people frankly shouldn't be allowed near cooking equipment. Seriously they'd made a base and sides then slathered in a load of lemon curd. Get to fuck. Went shop and got a twix instead.

Vodka and cokes at friends smoked sausage and fruit shortcake biccies oh and a packet of ready salted. Her fella was meant to be cooking tea but he came in wasted so had 2 slices of jam on toast. Still hungry, thinking to put spuds on soon.

made chicken pho, along with peppers, onions, scallions, garlic, ginger, chilli, carrot and beansprouts. Also fish sauce and a little honey. Didn't have time to get fresh herbs, but I did grind up some star anise, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, and cumin for the spice mix. Toasted them on a dry pan, later adding sesame seeds for the garnish. Didn't need much else, I can see that adding fresh mint, lime, basil and coriander make it more fragrant but it was great as it was. Slurped with glass noodles.

Want want want!!!! I am going to Vietnam next year and intend to eat pho at every opportunity!

I am so tired I was after a ready meal but they all looked shit so I've opted for a filthy dinner of sausages and Aunt Bessie's frozen roast parsnips.

Can of ratatouille, can of chickpeas, tahini, yeast flakes, Burgundy ...

nuts, dried fruit ...

The sprouts and beetroot I ended up not eating the other night, with either tahini or peanut butter. Spinach and feta omeletteish thing.

pasta shells in a four cheese suace: Mozerella, the last of the red leiscter, mature cheddar and a small bit of stilton. It was lovely. Being careful with the stronger ones meant they were there in the mouth but the milder cheeses also had their say.

.

I do my best to make it as real as possible and, bar being in Vietnam, strive hard to reach the best standards that I can with local ingredients. Really happy to hear you will be going to Vietnam . Best wishes.
