What's for tea tonight? (#8)

It's a bit hot for it, but I took it out the freezer last night so we're fucking having it. Spicy lentil soup with basmati :D

Then all the Lindt choccy :cool:

Hmmm though...I've suddently had a hankering for chips n egg n mushy peas :hmm:
 
Chips n egg - bought a white loaf for butties too :cool:

Then crack cakes for afters :thumbs:
Had none of this. Opted for getting wasted on pinot grigio and smokes instead, and singing loudly to early Pogues songs until much too late. Then had some slightly over-baked cheesy spuds and beans.

Tonight - well, it's Friday innit, so more wine :thumbs: And for tea, at some point, reduced-price Charlotte spuds (crushed and buttered)/corn on the cob (buttered)/mushrooms stuffed with leeks and Wensleydale :cool:
 
We had a lovely chilli last night after I'd averted a second spice related disaster this week. There was tsp/tbsp misreading when adding coriander but I realised in time to fish it out again. [emoji1]
Tonight we're having spicy BBQ chicken breasts, loads of roasted peppers and tomatoes. [emoji4] I'm also going to attempt slimming world approved chips. [emoji53]
 
My favourite portobello mushroom 'burgers' topped with quick-pickled cucumber, roasted peppers and melted Port Salut cheese in a brown bun. With a little dauphinoise on the side. Raspberry chocolate eclair.
 
Slow cooked lamb shoulder in red wine with loads of veg and roast potatos, was going to make big yorkshire puddings but not sure i have the technology :hmm:
