What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Halloumi in wholemeal flat bread with tomtoes, cucumber,leaves,pickled jalopenos and some sort of chutney from xmas & chunky chips & G&T.
 
Last night we had poached salmon with egg fried rice.

Tonight I am going to ask the bairns what they want for end of term tea, and cook that.
 
I'm clearing out the freezer so I'm defrosting a duck crown which I will roast and then add some to a toulouse sausage and puy lentil casserole (with carrots, garlic and onions) that I'm making later. With potatoes, I think. Mango, melon, strawberries and icecream after, if we have room.
 
3 sausages on 2 slices of bread and butter with ketchup, afew french fancies. The remaining sausage, hot chocolates and more french fancies when soaps start.
 
Just marinading my strips of chicken thigh in a home made teriyaki sauce, to be served with Singapore noodles.
