We've got more tb treats to use up before payday on Friday inc a joint of pork, meatballs, chicken fillets, jumbo sausages, garlic slices and many other tasty things
 
Brown rice, butternut squash, cathedral city, tin of mixed beans all mixed together. Think ill have the rest of my peach onken yoghurt later. Oh and i had a pink lady apple.
 
Can of Aldi chick pea dahl - I wish I'd bought more of those ...

I love pearl barley. When I was skint I used to make potato, barley, butter and garlic into a big mush and feast on it all day long. When I was flush I added cheese and a bit of leek. Delicious made into little cakes and grilled or just eaten as a mush from a bowl.

Turns out it's going to be pasta with courgettes and feta. A wee but healthier than my previous suggestion.

Mr M used to check this thread during the afternoons to find out what we were having for tea :)
