Last night was aubergine and methi curry, karela suzbi, onion salad and chipatis. It's the first time I've used fresh rather than frozen karela - super bitter

Tonight it'll be roast pork with crackling, stuffing, roast veg (spuds, squash, parsnips and jerusalem artichokes) steamed carrots and broccoli

Anyway, we're off out tonight, so an easy-peasy tea. Sharing a Covent Garden leek and potato soup, will have a garlic baguette each too.

For pudding, we'll have what I was gagging for yesterday but couldn't get hold of in our shitty shops. Chocolate melt-in-the-middle puddings, served hot, with fresh raspberries and single cream poured over the top. Oh my lord - I cannot wait
