That sounds lush!Rebelda my mum used to make garlic bread for us as kids: sliced white, thickly slabbed with butter and studded with chunks of garlic, then stuck under the grill It was so good. The raw garlic used to burn my mouth...but in a good way.

Making chicken pho today in slow cooker. A kind of cheats pho, as i'll be using Marco Pierre Whites chicken stock pot instead of boiling bones for hours to make the stock. But i do have chicken, rice noodles, fresh chilli, ginger, lime, scallions and fresh mint, basil and coriander. Next time i will do it really properly.
