I’d love it if he was in such a sulk that he doesn’t get round to pardoning anybody, just to see all these areslickers that are desperate to be let off going into meltdown. Maybe someone in the whitehouse can slip him a few sleeping pills so he accidentally sleeps in and misses the chance to do it.
