I love McDonalds hash browns but they don’t know how to cook bacon. It’s so fucking pale it makes me furious.

So now if I want hash browns I’ll buy a bacon roll and cook the bacon in the air fryer when I get home.

I know it would be easier and cheaper to just find better hash browns but I don’t think they exist. So this is my workaround.

Anyway, my breakfast was a bacon roll with brown sauce and hash browns.

Honestly, it’s a crime. Even when you ask for it well done it’s slightly browned.

I find that pretty usual in England. To get well done you have to be very insistent.

I always use Scottish Plain bread when making French Toast.
