What are you having for breakfast?

Anyway, I had overnight oats made with a splash of milk, a fuckton of natural yoghurt, golden syrup, cherries, blueberries, sunflower seeds and pecans. A NORMAL BREKKY.
 
Oh god. I do not normally ever do breakfast, well not till 12 at the earliest. Aside from a piece of fruit sometimes. I decided to have soft boiled eggs and toast this morning and my body is protesting. Not doing that again.
 
I had greek yoghurt, a frozen berry mix which I warmed up in a pan with some cinnamon and honey. Crushed walnuts and a sprinkle of milled flaxseed.

Delicious!
