What are you having for breakfast?

I had a breakfast related accident this morning.

I was eating a bowl of Alpen and milk fast, but I found I couldn't breathe through my nose so tried breathing through my mouth as I ate my Alpen, first I coughed and spread Alpen and milk all over the table and my phone. I continued, coughing occasionally, then I found with a mouth full of food and not being able to breathe through my nose I vomited Alpen and milk all over the floor.

Breakfast is dangerous :) :(

Great program on BBC R4 now - National Health Stories ..

At the moment they are talking about the development of dialysis - earlier it was about the development of hip replacements.

Fascinating ..
