Me too.
I probably have to learn to make do with half a piece since I don't actually need 500kcals first thing in the morning and somehow I need to shave off 100kcals a day - ideally somewhat more in the short term so the scale actually perceptibly moves - but whatever change I make can't be just short term.
It would have the added benefit of having to bake a loaf less often than once a week - on the other hand I would have to keep bread in the fridge for more of the year - which spoils it - though that might help make it less appealing ... :hmm:
