I don't usually weigh them, but not having enough flour for the (Mary Berry) recipe meant I had to. I used what plain flour I had, about 190g, plus 2tsp of baking powder which brought it up to 200. It was a total fudge tbh because the recipe called for self raisingThanks lovely. I don't do the all in one either, but i don't weigh the eggs. Maybe will start. No baking powder?
