No, it's nonsense. The flyers were distributed but as part of a pretty transparent provocation (some people suggesting it's the work of a local pro-current kiev govt governer). Which isn't to say there aren't fascists and anti-semites on the pro-Russian side as there are on others.

I thought it might happen that the Russians would agree to the 'amnesty - go home' plan, since that leaves the Ukrainian Govt with no opportunity but to use force when the separatists stay in the buildings, which gives Russia some perceived legitimacy military action.

I guess we'll see over the weekend whether they start to break up into those who go home and those who dig in.

IIRC, in golf (and I think cricket as well) cack handed isn't another terms for left handed, its when you have your hands the wrong way around on the club (right above left is cack handed if you're a right hander, left above right is if you're left handed).
