I knew someone years ago who refused to pay their council tax and got away with it for a considerable length of time. Infact I'm not aware of them ever getting into trouble over it, I don't know what happned in the end though. I guess things may have changed now, I don't know. This was about 10 years ago now, but I remember meeting up with them several years ago and I'm sure they were still in the clear.

I can understand people not wanting to pay such taxes aswell, but not for anti-vaxx reasons obviously.
