What a shit goal to lose to.

It's strange to watch utd being good to watch but sloppy at the back.... Exact opposite of most of what I've seen since I was a kid.

We really need a striker in the window or I fear for holding on to top 6 place

Brum did well again, bounced back from the local derby defeat with two good wins.

Millwall need a win tomorrow otherwise big questions are gonna be asked of Harris. A legend at the Den yeah but they seem to have run out of steam.
 
Reading scrounged a point with a late equaliser. Fans seem to accept this could be the season we get relegated. Looking at Millwall to fill a slot in the "three teams worse than us" that we need to find.
 
2nd in the league - and first in the "football related cover versions of bohemian rhapsody" championship .

We were much improved in the first half then it was back to business as usual until Meite and Barrow came on. Late goal, again, wasn't enough to save Clement''s job.

I had completely missed Clement's departure. Best I wander off for a read of Hob Nob Anyone.
 
Top two opened up a decent gap now.

Blades huffed and puffed a lot today. Definitely need more up front in January if they want to stay top 6
 
Baggies v Villa was a great game but neither side looked real quality, too many mistakes.

Not looking good for Ipswich at all, bring back Paul Mariner :D

I dont really undersstand FFP but dont you have to get fined before having points off? I thin kthat makes you clear this season at least.

I'd take Waddle over Luhukay at the moment but that's not saying much, really we need a steady hand or a motivator, this group of players is worth top half at least
 
half the team crocked. away from home against one of the most expensive squads in the league. 2 down at half time ..... and leeds still come away with all 3 points after a last minute winner! Half way through the season - top of the fucking league. Surely we cant fuck it up this time ......

Great result

I've just about reconciled myself to wanting you lot to win. We'll not make top 2 so you taking points off people helps keep us in with a sniff of playoffs

All our games are the same.... we make a shit load of chances but can't convert them and can't defend so they all end up coin tosses. Fun to watch though so no complaints.

And we're not fucked on FFP either :D
 
leeds united vs blackburn. Its 1-1 and blackburn score in the very last minute. Then - before you could say "well - you cant win them all, and we're still top of the league" - this happens..

9 points off relegation, and 9 points off the play offs.

Weird half way point for Wednesday, but I'll take 2 wins on the bounce, managerless or otherwise.
 
It looks like Bruce is a done deal. Suppose I'm not unhappy but wonder how he'll get on with effectively no transfer budget

At least the table looks a bit better for us after the last two games - two decent performances as well
 
New Year, new manager, new start for Reading?

Yeah, right. 4-1 home defeat. Everyone I speak to is resigned to relegation now. Apparently, we only conceded 4 because Swansea couldn't be bothered for the last half hour.

Everyone wants to give the new manager a chance, but it's not looking like the most inspired appointment at the moment.
