I have done this before using shredded documents out of the target company/agencies/departments skips.

It is very boring and never yielded any worthwhile results. I was trying to code something that would do it automatically ... never bothered finishing it though.

Plus, the Pentagon's just down the road. If need be they could move a secure photocopier from there into the WH.

Wouldn't surprise me. For such an ostensibly (small-r) republican nation-state, they do seem to end up treating their Presidents a lot like bloody royalty.
