New Star Trek series

Shatner has been the murderer twice already
Including
For example, I watched one the other day whose entire plot centred around these new-fangled car phones and the fact that the bad guy pretended he was somewhere else by phoning 911 from one of them. But he was caught out because of bad mobile reception where he said he called from.

A major part of the twist to catch him was a bunch of cyclists in early 90s cycling gear being very early 90s in their cycling.

Right?

I have a drawing of Columbo done by Peter Falk. Well, it's a print of the original drawing that has then been "hand-finished" and signed by Falk. It's pretty good, although one of the arms isn't quite right.

quincy was always going with women half his age. No word on ironsides love interests

told ye :D it almost, almost made go back and watch some normal Enterprise but I slapped myself and snapped out of it

Yay! DotCommunist - Enterprise (along with all other franchise series) is on Netflix, so I watched the Mirror Universe eps the other day. Most enjoyable. Thanks again for alerting me to their existence.

There were Deep Space Nine ones as well though they featured more prominent interaction with the normal Trek universe. They are worth a look. Crossover, Through the Looking Glass, Shattered Mirror, Ressurection and The Emperor's News Cloak. Seasons 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 respectively. It would be better to bite the bullet and watch the whole of Deep Space Nine though. Currently on season 2 and despite some weak watered down Next Generation reject style episodes the pre-dominion stuff has been stronger than I remembered. Part way through Necessary Evil at the moment featuring flashbacks to a murder investigation on the station during the Cardassian Occupation.

Not sure I can bring myself to watch the series again. I'd stopped somewhere in the 6th season and only saw the last ep ever by accident. There were many excellent eps but a lot of ho-hum ones, also.

Also enjoyed watching the original series "All our Yesterdays" - hadn't seen that for decades!

I saw some of that one a while ago on a repeat channel. City on the Edge of Forever is another good original series time travel episode.
