I used to work in a college where I'd get free haircuts... Shortage of male models apparently. Anyway, once I asked for a Noel Fielding cut. To me it was the perfection of style. With my mousey brown-blonde mop, I spent the next months being called Rod.

It's on my UK driving license, I always say to people "That was back in the day when I played in a Rod Stewart tribute band" where they usually have another look, look at me, smile and nod.
