Bombay potatoes and Singapore fried rice.
The littlun turned her nose up at the Bombay potatoes last night as she had Chinese egg fried rice to go with them and decided you can't mix Indian and Chinese food :D
Seemed pretty good to me :D

A third of a loaf of Aldi fake soreen with butter and a very small apple

Protein shake

Day 3 of black bean & garlic pork, gingery stir fried veg and rice (had it for tea the first two days) - won't exactly be lunchtime by the time I eat it, but it's a proper meal between breakfast and tea so I reckon it still counts

I have been totally conned.

In principle, im eating kuku and savoury cheesecake (which I made), with some other stuff. Google (plus earlier posts) have revealed that this means I'm eating quiche and omelette.

I don't, officially, like either quiche or omelette.

So this is awkward.

Minestrone and a stale roll with fake-feta and tomatoes heated up in the oven to make the roll palatable and the "cheese" melty. Stuffed with salad leaf once this had happened. Yum!

What is 'Brazilian soup' then Rebelda ?

It's lovely.

I made a fucking banging beef and bean chilli / spicy stew thing last night, so a bowl of that - might chuck a dollop of quark on top instead of sour cream etc since I have some in the fridge. Plate of steamed spring greens on the side since they need using. Lemon & ginger tea with honey after.

Decided to save this for tea so I don't have to cook before I can eat anything when I get back from the gym.

Instead I had cinnamon & ginger porridge with greek yoghurt, blueberries and sliced pear.

Yesterday's lunch was fantastic - a salad made of goat's cheese, spicy beetroot, pickled walnuts, red pepper, cucumber, lettuce and rocket, plus a big dollop of white bean dip on the side. It was something that turned out to be about ten times more delicious than I was expecting.

Today I have tuna/beetroot/red pepper/rocket pitta, a bag of crisps and some melon.
