Laurence Fox. The twat.

Yeah, so colour blind he gets offended when he sees an Asian person in a World War I film.
Good point. And hopefully one that Blake's and Crystal's brief will pick up on, and use in their defence against the odious twat.

I was also musing: if he loses this case, will it then be OK to publicly label him a racist? In which case, and since English law is (as I understand it to be) based on precedent, Mukhtar's case would be as good as won even before entering the court room, and the deluded toff would have to settle out of court.

Solid gold! This one made me literally LOL - again.
I know I keep saying this LCL, but your bon mots (or les mots juste?) putting the verbal boot into 'Lozza' get better and better. I still can't work out why he hasn't blocked you - could it be some sort of weird masochistic thing that the upper classes are into?

Maybe he feels blocking me would be "letting the plebs win". Dunno really, but I intend to make the most of it.

If he is found by the libel case to be a racist (despite his woeful attempts to prove otherwise via his girlfriend and his best friend) then unless the case is overturned on appeal, I think it would be acceptable to describe him as such.

I think it's acceptable to describe him that way anyway. Someone on Twitter objected to one of my replies to him (the one where I pointed out he only mentions women's rights or gay rights when it's an opportunity to be transphobic). I won't screenshot the conversation as it's long but, to summarise:

RANDOM TWITTER WANKER: "There's no such thing as transgender, it's called Gender Dysphoria and it's a mental illness."
ME: "Regardless of terminology, when have you ever seen Laurence Fox defend women's rights or gay rights without it having anything to do with transgender people?"
RTW (not actually answering my question): "Perhaps that's because he views transgenderism as harmful to men, women and children. Defending women's rights and gay rights are not explicitly excluded because of his views on trans issues. Fox is consistent in his views about equality and the right to free speech."
ME: "Yeah, so consistent about free speech he sues people who call him racist. And such a supporter of women's rights he thinks having an abortion is comparable to rape."
RTW: "Accusing someone of being a racist is not free speech, it is libel, as it would be if I called you a paedophile and you weren't."
ME: "It's not libel if the person believes it's true. If he doesn't want to be called a racist, he should stop acting like one."
