Mukhtar Yassin (@I_amMukhtar on Twitter, who seems a decent feller) is currently being sued by ‘Lozza’ Fox who took exception at being called a racist (!)

As is often the case with the U.K. legal system, wealthy people are able to silence their critics simply cos they have the dosh and their opponents (in this case, Mukhtar), don’t have the resources to defend themselves in court.

There’s a crowdfunder appeal hoping to raise £35,000 for court & barrister fees; now up to £26,000 with still six days to go, so it’s entirely possible to reach the target and publicly expose ‘Lozza’ in court for what he is.

I just pledged a few quid and if anyone possibly can do so too, please could you pledge a bit? Every little helps!

I understand that if ‘Lozza-the-voice-of-the-people’ loses the case, he then has to pay all the court and solicitors fees, and Mukhtar has said if that happens, he will return all the money he’s raised to the donors, or give it to a charity.

One or two people on his Twitter are suggesting it should go to a refugee or lifeboat charity
