I love a bit of red pepper but orange yellow & green are all okay too.
I hate green pepper raw and cooked. It has a really weird smell and taste.
I really like red, orange and yellow raw and they are OK cooked.

The leaves contain oxalic acid, so not edibleIsn't raw rhubarb poisonous?
You know who. And it's a long story.Who the fuck eats raw swede, and why does it need to be differentiated from raw turnips?
Isn't raw rhubarb poisonous?
You can only have a certain number of poll options, so it wasn't possible to list all varieties of veg.not a very inclusive poll. I much prefer raw veg to cooked so am miffed there is no mention of peppers, celery, celeriac, kohlrabi, courgettes, daikon, chicory, fennel etc etc. I would eat grated turnip but think I would draw the line at potatoes. although am generally happy to eat tubers.
Nice mashed in with potato and seasonedI don't mind them finely diced and cooked down like in a mirepoix but I don't like the flavour and texture of big lumps of them.
Foreplay is importantShitting everywhere. And eating their own poop.
Lots of veg contains oxalic acid and isn't considered poisonous, you just need to be careful not to eat too much of it.The leaves contain oxalic acid, so not edible

chicory, fennel etc etc
No ones mentioned fennel yet.
tried this just now. made chips of a baby new potatoe & ate it raw withIf it's a big potato, I peel it and just chop it up as if you were making chips and eat then like that. Never put salt on. Might try that now as you say it.
If they are small new potatoes, I just bite into them, skin and all.
i think its more like not digestable, needs to be cooked for humans to process the starch.Pretty sure raw potato isn't good for you.
Just to be on the safe side, obvs. Why would you boil it again? Tinned rhubarb is already as soft as baby food.
