I reckon I probably eat lettuce most often, fwiw. Also, this poll feels like celery exclusionism, although I don't know if celery is really anyone's favourite so maybe it doesn't matter?

If anyone clicks potato you're trolling :D

I am not a massive fan of raw veg apart from salad, and carrot and celery which oddly I don't really like cooked.
Ironically, those two particularly benefit from being cooked in terms of maximum nutrient availability 🤓

Carrots, followed by onions, 'by mouth' for me.

Not sure about onions at the other end, I've only ever heard 'life's a lot more fun with a carrot up the bum'. :hmm: 🤷‍♂️

If you are blindfolded and have a peg on your nose you can’t actually tell if you are biting into a potato or an apple. True fact.

Can't eat raw onion anymore, even chives ...
Raw spud is truely revolting.

So, apart from the things you can grate or chop onto a salad in small quantities, I prefer my veg cooked when in bulk.
I will eat peas and beans (especially sugar snap & runners) raw as an exception to that.

I think that's 'cos my digestive tract can be very fussy ...

I have a juicer I bought years ago when I didn't have a clue about nutrition - though in practice I only really ever made (mostly) carrot and apple with the second hand machine it replaced - I may fire it up before I get rid of it ... though the danger there is that not only will I not get the fibre, I may OD on beta carotene.
