AV is just short for "atrio-ventricular"* - meaning the connection between the upper (atria) and lower chambers (venticles) of the heart but the AV node is part of the electrical centre that fires off impulses to cause contraction of the heart muscle.

There are also the AV valves, which as the name suggests, are one-way valves between the the upper and lower chambers which prevent backflow of blood... and then there is AV block which is a medical condition in which the electrical impulses between the atria and the ventricles are disturbed or impaired, often resulting in bradycardia (a slow heart rate)

So you see, everyone on Urban now knows that the newbies are cardiac specialists.

*note the use of scare quotes

I know rules don't apply to the fucker, but shouldn't he be stepping back from his businesses? We all know he made millions last time he was in, along with his spawn. No other president has flogged their tat, but that's what the presidency is to him, a chance to make money and stay out of prison.

A sensible reader would fill out the context before jumping in with both size 9's and making themselves look a bit of a tool...

"Butcher's" would indicate possession by a single butcher or poster called Butcher, unless you were using it as a contraction of "Butcher is".

"Butchers' " kind of works but isn't really necessary. English doesn't tend to use apostrophes for omissions (in place of missing letters) when the word in question is a shortened version of someone's name. It might be grammatically correct in some contexts (? not sure about this, just arse-covering before better pedants arrive) but it comes across as weirdly formal on here.
