Really looking forward to see Gatwa as the new Doctor

I think there's some serious potential with the new Dr and Ruby.

Unevenly paced episode, but both Gatwa and Gibson are excellent. He's definitely bringing charm, swashbuckling, and let's face it, being damn sexy (getting very 'pansexual' vibes off this Doctor too!)

Nobody reacted to anything in a realistic way and the emotional beats felt very much unearned.
Takes more than a soaring choir to give something the feels.

I hope this is just because it's a reset/Christmas episode because Gatwa might well turn out to be great.
