There was not and maybe not in Doctor Who either. The Sycorax invasion would have been Christmas 2006. Rose left in the Tardis in 2005 but the Doctor dropped her home for a visit after 12 months rather than 12 hours. Assuming the Sycorax turned up the following Christmas then we're in 2006.
