Some criminal mastermind wanted to get his record wiped and wanted to do a favour to some of his mates and get their records wiped as well. He gets a pal to get a job in that department to do the deed for him. It would be rather obvious who was behind it if just a few records were wiped, so in order to provide a smoke screen, they decide to delete a couple of hundred
