mango5 how are the sizing with Fly boots?

I’m a 4.5 so can be a 4 or 5 but more usually a 5 however I think my new Fly boots are a 5 & I think they are a bit big.

I’m going to try on the size 4, too expensive not to be right but I was sad last night when I couldn’t wear them out.

Depends on style but boots tend to be generous. I am 39/6. When other brands could be a bit tight and need to be sized up or worn in, ime Fly London boots and shoes never are.

I bought this when I succumbed to the marketing plot of sending me a 20% discount for my birthday. I got some boots too. And also sent a load of stuff back, including a skirt I loved but it said it was a 14 and wouldn't go above my knees, so it was lying. I haven't worn this yet, and it's thin, but I figure that will mean I can do stuff under it in the winter and it might work in summer too.

I have an on going search for the most comfortable boots. My feet are so painful...polymiositis completely fucked up my muscles and my toes twisted and became dislocated when I was recovering. They have never been right and I have no desire to have multiple operations done to straighten them.
So shoes and comfort are very very important.
I love Docs and Uggs for that reason. But I have always wanted a combo of both. Warm furry soft lining ...Plenty room for toes to move...lace up.. .and good winter ice grip soles.

And look what I've found?
Major...I mean MAJOR splurge and I've borrowed from sister to get them...but I think I'm Winter ready now with these winging their way to me :D

Eta...they're DM Colbert winter sole boots

They're here.

Not decided which to keep yet. Don't really need either of them if I'm honest

Mrs B's favourite winter coat is both a little too big for her, and now a little shabby after many years wear: It's a Toast coat from 5 or so years ago and she's given up hope of a replacement - but I just found the same coat a size down on Ebay.

Oh you are good.

These have just turned up and I'm not sure what I think. The one with the lace sleeves is very full of static. Doesn't help that I try them on in the work loos as I don't have a full length mirror at home.

Yes, and not as stinky as the aerosol ones KatyF
I swear by it - I am a very staticky person and this means I can wear synthetics occasionally without giving everyone electric shocks, or the clothes sticking to me. I wouldn't do it straight before I go out in something, as it does smell a bit weird, and needs to dry, but definitely after washing before putting something away.

I’ve ordered 3 bottles of The Ordinary primer and paid for express delivery because I’m going away Friday.
It still worked out cheaper than one tube of the benefit one I used to use.

I’ve also ordered a new benefit roller lash.

I’m waiting for this dress from La Redoute.

Their ordering process is painfully slow so I hope it’s here for my weekend away.

I was right to be cautious. I’m a 4 & now have lovely boots that should last many years.
